За взаємною згодою та керуючись ч.5 п.7 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», а також п.п. 10.6.7. п.6 Договору, сторони погодили внесення змін до договору, у зв’язку із зростанням індексу споживчих цін по Україні протягом 2018-2021 років та вирішили викласти Пункт 3.1 Розділу 3. Сума договору та порядок розрахунків викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна Договору, визначена на підставі договірної ціни, і складає: 171 966 285,64 (сто сімдесят один мільйон дев’ятсот шістдесят шість тисяч двісті вісімдесят п’ять грн. 64 коп.) грн., в тому числі ПДВ 28 661 047,61 грн. Замовник бере на себе бюджетні зобов’язання відповідно до ст. 48 Бюджетного кодексу України виключно в межах відповідних фактичних надходжень бюджетних коштів. Вартість виконаних робіт за договором станом на 15.11.2021 р. становить 166 348 047,94 грн. (сто шістдесят шість мільйонів триста сорок вісім тисяч сорок сім грн. 94 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ. Залишкова сума договору становить 4 315 082,72 (чотири мільйони триста п'ятнадцять тисяч вісімдесят дві грн. 72 коп. ) грн. в т.ч. ПДВ. Індекс споживчих цін (індекс інфляції) по Україні, згідно даних Головного управління статистики у Хмельницькій області, за період січень 2018 року – жовтень 2021 року становить 130,2%. (4 315 082,72 грн. ×130,2% = 5 618 237,70 грн.) Загальна залишкова вартість договору становить 5 618 237,70 (п’ять мільйонів шістсот вісімнадцять тисяч двісті тридцять сім грн. 70 грн.) грн. в т.ч. ПДВ., за рахунок коштів державного фонду регіонального розвитку, але в межах фактичних надходжень на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
