У пункт 5.1 розділу 5 Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 7096/2024 від 09.01.2024р. викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість (сума) цього Договору згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування на період з 01.01.2024р. по 31.12.2024р. становить 19365,02 грн. (Дев'ятнадцять тисяч триста шістдесят п’ять гривень 02 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 3227,50 грн.
2. Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 5.2.1 розділу 5 Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 7096/2024 від 09.01.2024р. доповнити словами: «На вересень 2024р. вартість 1кВт*год становить 10,9449 гривень (з урахуванням ПДВ)». (Далі – за текстом).
