Сторони домовились внести зміни в п. 3.1. Генерального договору №6 від 18.10.2021 року та викласти його в новій редакції:
«3.1. Договірна ціна на момент укладення Договору є твердою і становить 908 000,00 грн. (Дев'ятсот вісім тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ відповідно до Протоколу угоди про договірну ціну (Додаток 2 до цього Договору), з них у 2021 році 300 000,00 грн. (Триста тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, у 2022 році 608 000,00 грн. (Шістсот вісім гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.»
Додаток 4 (План-графік фінансування робіт) та Додаток №5 (Календарний графік виконання робіт) до Генерального договору №6 від 18.10.2021 року викласти у новій редакції, що додаються.
