Note:
у зв’язку із можливістю забезпечення замовнику безперебійного задоволення потреби у послугах зі збирання безпечних відходів, непридатних для вторинного використовування (прибирання урн від сміття по місту) на час проведення нової процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, Департамент інфраструктури міста Сумської міської ради може скористатися нормою п. 8 ч. 4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 «Закону про публічні закупівлі», а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
Тобто, Департамент інфраструктури міста Сумської міської ради має право продовжити строк дії договору №115-б, на наступний рік.
