Покупець та Продавець, керуючись нормами ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №90 від 11 лютого 2021 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 133103,92грн. без ПДВ. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до 28.02.2022 року.
