На підставі п. 1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 12.3, 12.6 Договору, у зв'язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Покупця Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та викласти п. 3.1. в наступній редакції: "3.1. Ціна Договору становить 33857,20 грн.. крім того ПДВ 8464,80 грн. всього з ПДВ - 42321,50 грн (сорок дві тисячі триста двадцять одна гривня 50 копійок)". Сторони домовилися викласти Специфікацію в редакції, що додається.
