1. Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів товару згідно Договору №108 від «25» березня 2022 р. на закупівлю товару за кодом ДК021:2015:15330000-0 «Оброблені фрукти та овочі» (повидло фруктове), КЕКВ 2230, а саме:
- Повидло фруктове – на 5,200 кг до 494,800 кг;
2. Зменшити суму Договору №108 від «25» березня 2022 р. на 238,99 грн. з ПДВ.
3. Викласти п.3.2. Договору в наступній редакції:
«Загальна ціна Договору визначена згідно з Додатком 1 до Договору (Специфікація) та становить 22741,01 грн. (двадцять дві тисячі сімсот сорок одна грн. 01 коп.), з ПДВ.
