Note:
Ціна додаткової угоди складає суму, яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної за ним у 2018 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовнику) і становить 27 188,00 грн., у тому числі ПДВ – 4 531.33 грн. 2. Викласти п. 10.1. Договору у такій редакції: “10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, а саме до 31.01.2019 р.” З огляду на викладене вище, Замовник підтверджує, що видатки на мету, задля якої Сторони укладають цю Додаткову угоду, затверджено в установленому порядку.
