Note:
Керуючись нормами чинного законодавства та згідно п.11.2.1 даного договору зменшити суму договору та викласти п 2.1 договору в наступній редакції:
«2.1 Ціна договору складає 217541,34грн. (Двісті сімнадцять тисяч п’ятсот сорок одна грн. 34 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ 66,40 грн. (Шістдесят шість грн. 40 коп.)
Згідно п. 7.2.4. продовжити строк дії договору до 31.03.2025р. до повного виконання «Замовником» своїх зобов`язань в частині розрахунків.
