1. На підставі п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України ''Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони погодили друге речення пункту 5.1 Договору викласти у наступній редакції: "Ціна договору на 2021 рік з врахуванням ПДВ становить П'ятдесять п'ять тисяч грн. 00 коп." 2. У зв'язку зі зміною ціни Договору сторони погодили Додаток 4 Договору викласти в новій редакції( додається); 3. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання представниками сторін і діє впродовж строку дії Договору; 4.Додаткова угода складена в двох примірнтках, по одному для кожної із Сторін і є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
