Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями), дія Договору може продовжуватись на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі. Сума Договору становить 45 347,49 грн. (сорок п’ять тисяч триста сорок сім грн. 49 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ: - місцевий бюджет (загальний фонд) – 34 731,97 грн. (тридцять чотири тисячі сімсот тридцять одна грн. 97 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ; - за рахунок відновлених витрат орендарями та надходжень від платних медичних послуг – 10 615,52 грн. (десять тисяч шістсот п’ятнадцять грн.52 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ
