Note:
Відповідно до статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 19 Особливостей, вносяться зміни в Договір № 1194Г/2024 від 19.06.2024 про постачання електричної енергії постачальником «останньої надії», а саме: 1. Зменшення вартості Договору, через зменшення обсягів використаної електричної енергії. Обсяги складають 40445,00 кВат*год на суму 280680,86 грн. 2. Договір № 1194Г/2024 від 19.06.2024 діє до 30.06.2024 року. Причиною зменшення строку дії договору стало – заключення договору з новим постачальником, після проведення процедури Відкриті Торги.
