Note:
1. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 79 591,84 грн.(Сімдесят дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто одна гривень 84 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 13 265,31 грн. (Тринадцять тисяч двісті шістдесят п’ять грн. 31 коп.).
Відповідно зменшити:
- обсяг електричної енергії, що підлягає розподілу на 70 556 кВт*год., на суму 78599,39 грн. (Сімдесят вісім тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 39 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 13 099,90 грн. (Тринадцять тисяч дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 90 коп.).
- обсяг послуг із забезпечення перетікань реактивної енергії на 12 881,44 кВар*год. на суму 991,56грн. (Дев’ятсот дев’яносто одна грн. 56 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 165,26 грн. (Сто шістдесят п’ять грн. 26 коп.);
