Note:
1. На підставі п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 1.3. Договору № 37 С про закупівлю від «07» листопада 2022 року (далі – Договір), Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяг закупівель та загальну суму договору. Загальна сума договору зменшується на 20 349,00 грн. (Двадцять тисяч триста сорок дев'ять гривень 00 копійок). В зв’язку з чим вирішили п. 1.2. і п. 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «1.2. Найменування (номенклатура, асортимент, кількість) товару: ДК 021:2015 - 03140000-4 Продукція тваринництва та супутня продукція (яйця курячі) 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить за КЕКВ 2230 – 13 851,00 грн. (Тринадцять тисяч вісімсот п’ятдесят одна гривня 00 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ - 2 308,50 грн. Ціни на Товар встановлюються в національній валюті України. Ціна включає в себе всі витрати на транспортування до місця призначення, навантаження та розвантаження, страхування та інші витрати, сплату податків і зборів, тощо».

Замовник та Постачальник, згідно ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку,домовились про наступне: що сума додаткової угоди достатньої для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року має становити 6 840,00 грн. (Шість тисяч вісімсот сорок гривень 00 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ - 1 140,00 грн. Загальна вартість за договором про закупівлю № 37 С від 07.11.2022 року становить 41 040,00 грн. (Сорок одна тисяча сорок гривень 00 копійок).
