Керуючись статтями 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі листа ТОВ «МАНГО-ГРУП» № 469/3 від 10.08.2018 року та довідки БЕРДЯНСЬКОГО НЕВІДОКРЕМЛЕНОГО ВІДДІЛЕННЯ ЗАПОРІЗЬКОЇ ТОРГОВО-ПРОМИСЛОВОЇ ПАЛАТИ № И-51 від 06.08.2018 року, пунктами 3.5, 11.3 Договору № № 520 від 15.02.2018 року (далі - Договір), Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше як на 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі, не збільшуючи при цьому суми Договору та не погіршуючи якості Товару.
