Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", чинним господарським та цивільним законодавством України, у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку дійшли згоди внести зміни у Договір, а саме:
1. Згідно п.10.4 ч.2 пункту 10 Договору Сторони погодили збільшити ціну не більше ніж на 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку
