Згідно частини п’ятої ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору № 239 від 10.04.2018р. на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, на суму 82487,18 грн. (вісімдесят дві тисячі чотириста вісімдесят сім грн 18 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 13747,86 грн:
за кошти місцевого бюджету 73 362,58 грн. у т.ч ПДВ 12 227,10 грн
за кошти підприємства 9 124,60 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 1 520,76 грн
Угода є невід’ємною частиною договору і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до укладення договору на 2019 рік за результатами застосування переговорної процедури закупівлі.
