Керуючись ч.1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, п.4 ч. 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до п. 9.1 і п.9.6 розділу 9 «Інші умови» Договору про здійснення технічного нагляду № ТН60-20 від 23.07.2020 Сторони дійшли згоди: 1. «п.8.1. розділу 8 «Термін дії договору» викласти в новій редакції: «п.8.1. Цей Договір укладається на строк, визначений за Договорами будівельних підрядів від 30.07.2020 № 60-20 та від 28.12.2020 №120-20 і діє до 15.07.2021, але в будь – якому разі - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань (календарний план робіт додається (Додаток 3)». 2. Додаток №3 «Календарний план робіт» викласти у новій редакції, що додається. 3. У зв’язку зі зміною реквізитів, Сторони погодили внести зміни до розділу 10 Договору «ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ І РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН» та викласти у новій редакції.
