У зв’язку з продовженням дії Договору № 16 від 02.02.2018 року згідно п.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, Сторони погодились укласти цю додаткову Угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі №16 від 02.02.2017 року виклавши п. 2.6. Договору в такій (новій) редакції: Пункт 2.6. «Загальна вартість послуг "Виконавця" за цим договором становить: 370203,52 (триста сімдесят тисяч двісті три) грн. 52 коп. з ПДВ, за період з 01.01.2019 по 28.02.2019 рр..»
