Замовник і Учасник відповідно до ч.5 ст 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.11.8 Договору № 3 про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) за державні кошти від "15" лютого 2017 р домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору, на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року (до 31 березня 2018 року), в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі № 3 про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) за державні кошти від "15" лютого 2017 р., так як видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
