Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Замовник додатковою угодою № 4 продовжив термін дії договору до 28.02.2023 року, завантаживши даний документ на електронному майданчику закупівель. На етапі внесення наступних змін до Договору 42/2022 від 18.02.2022 року Замовник оприлюднює Додаткову угоду № 5, та через технічні умови електронного майданчика закупівель у розділі "Дата завершення дії" повинен вказати наступний день після фактичного завершення терміну дії договору, оскільки система не дає можливості залишити фактичний термін дії Договору.
