Сторони дійшли згоди про те, що відповідно до пункту 10.5 розділу 10 Договору від 24.05.2021р. №177/01 і частини 5 пункту 5 статті 41 Закону України про публічні закупівлі» погодили зміни ціни в договорі про закупівлю в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу)та якості товарів, у тому числі у разі коливання ціни товару на ринку на помідори і огірки. Застосовується до відносин з 01 липня 2021 року..
2. Викласти Додаток 1 до Договору від 24.05.2021р. №177/01 в новій редакції. (додається).
