1. Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди достроково розірвати та припинити в частині передачі природного газу дію Договору з 04.03.2025 року.
2. Сторони підтверджують, що Споживач зобов’язаний здійснити розрахунки за природний газ, отриманий відповідно до Договору № 01-8537/24-БО-Т від 30.12.2024 року, та не сплачений на момент підписання цієї Додаткової угоди, у строк та на умовах, визначених Договором.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і обов’язковими для виконання Сторонами.
