Note:
У зв'язку з підвищенням відпускних цін на товар Постачальником (лист №50 від 23.10.2017) та відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 922-III, Сторони прийшли до згоди змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі в зв'язку з підвищенням курсу іноземної валюти.
Вищезазначені зміни необхідні для недопущення зриву заміни поручнів, які не відповідають технічним вимогам при виконанні технічного обслуговування ескалаторів. Обсяг закупівлі передбачено для виконання робіт згідно з "Переліком робіт №30-НГ з технічного обслуговування ескалаторів та періодичності їх виконання".
