У зв’язку зі зміною регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в Договорі та відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 17.09.2019 року №1968 «Про внесення змін до постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 16.06.2016 року №1141» були встановлені тарифи на централізоване водопостачання з 23.09.2019 року за м.куб – 10,212 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ. 1. Відповідно до умов договору на подачу холодної води сторони вирішили збільшити вартість ціни договору та внести наступні зміни до Договору. Найменування предмета закупівлі: ДК 021:2015 65110000-7 Розподіл води (водопостачання) в кількості 7779,3 м. куб. Ціна цього Договору встановлюється у національній валюті України та становить 71396,46 грн. (Сімдесят одна тисяча триста дев’яносто шість грн. 46 коп. з урахуванням ПДВ 11899,41грн). Сума збільшення ціни Договору по даній додатковій угоді становить 5312,46 грн. (П’ять тисяч триста дванадцять грн.. 46 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 885,41 грн.
