Note:
Відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 року № 1352, керуючись п. 1 та п. 7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в ред. від 25.12.2015 N 922-VIII.), а також п.3.2 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії на 0,011904 грн. та встановити його у розмірі 0,89904 грн/кВт/год, а також зменшити обсяг закупівлі на 146 117 кВт, та зменшити ціну договору на 138 931,28 грн.
