В зв’язку з документальним підтвердженням об’єктивних обставин, а саме: продовження терміну дії проекту ЄС Erasmus+ «Adaptive learning environment for competence in economic and societal impacts of local weather, air quality and climate» 561975-EPP-1-2015-1-F1-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP згідно Поправки № 2015-3320/001-003 до Грантової Угоди 2015-3320/001-001, відповідно до пп.4 п.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIII (з усіма наступними змінами) та враховуючи довготривалий цикл виробництва Товару, Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо постачання товару до 14.09.2019р.
