Виходячи з наявних кошторисних призначень та відповідно до ч.1 ст. 48 Бюджетного кодексу України, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 3.5 Розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.5. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором .
Бюджетні зобов’язання Замовника (Споживача) за даним Договором станом на 18.10.2021 року становлять 103 331,36 грн. (сто три тисячі триста тридцять одна гривня 36 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ: 17 221,89 грн.
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та сторони підтверджують по ньому свої зобов’язання
