Відповідно до пункту 7 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , на підставі рішення Дніпропетровської обласної ради від 26 лютого 2021 року № 53-4/VIІІ , була змінена вартість 1 Гкал теплової енергії (без урахування ПДВ) для надання послуг бюджетним установам з 01 березня 2021 року . Сторони дійшли згоди п.п.4.2. викласти в новій редакції та зменшити обсяги закупівлі теплової енергії.

На виконання рішення Дніпропетровської обласної ради від 26.02.2021р. № 53-4/VІІІ, Сторони вирішили зменшити обсяги закупівлі на 258,479 Гкал у відповідності до пункту 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі», та перше речення підпункту 3.1. “Ціна договору” викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1.Ціна цього договору становить 1 180 636,07 грн. (один мільйон сто вісімдесят тисяч шістсот тридцять шість гривень 07 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ - 196 772,68 грн.,
Пункт 1.2. викласти у наступній редакції: «Теплова енергія постачається Споживачу в обсязі до 301,267 Гкал протягом 2021 року».
