Уповноваженою особою під час проведення закупівлі за ідентифікатором № UA-2021-05-14-007341-b за предметом закупівлі: Здійснення авторського нагляду за об'єктом: "Реконструкція приміщень КП «Токмацька БЛІЛ» ТМР під розміщення рентгенівського обладнання по вул. Центральній, 55Ж м. Токмак Запорізької області", код – 71247000-1 Нагляд за будівельними роботами за ДК 021:2015 Єдиного закупівельного словника, ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правила визначення вартості будівництва» при внесенні інформації про закупівлю у звіті про договір про закупівлю, укладеному без використання електронної системи закупівель було зазначено завершення виконання робіт "25.06.2021 року", оскільки пунктом 1.3. Договору на здійснення авторського нагляду № 19-21/АН від 11 травня 2021 р. визначено, що "Завершенням виконання робіт визначається закінченням робіт за договором підряду на виконання робіт, укладеного між Замовником і Підрядником". У зв'язку із продовженням строку виконання зобов'язань щодо виконання робіт за Договором на виконання підрядних робіт № 134 від 11 травня 2021 року згідно Додаткової угоди № 2 від 25 червня 2021 року до договору на виконання підрядних робіт № 134 від 11.05.2021 р. (Закупівля зареєстрована за ідентифікатором: № UA-2021-05-11-003889-b), враховуючи відсутність технічної можливості стосовно внесення зазначених змін на майданчику, слід вважати правильним завершення виконання робіт "27 липня 2021 року"
