Відповідно до пункту 2 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», листа товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Павер Інжинірінг» від 28.09.2022 року вих. №396/1(вх.УО №2150 від 30.09.2022 року), інформації з веб-сайту ДП «Оператор ринку» (https://www.oree.com.ua) та пункту 5.3 Договору, у зв’язку із коливанням ціни товару на ринку електричної енергії, Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору, зокрема, щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків та відповідно зменшення кількості Товару на 62245,79 кВт.
