Note:
1. Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди №2 від 23.12.2021р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить
182 997,70 грн. ( Сто вісімдесят дві тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто сім грн. 70коп. ) без ПДВ. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає: 36 000,00 грн. (тридцять шість тисяч грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1).
