В зв’язку з завершенням строку дії Договору – зменшити суму Договору на 2 423 359, 93 грн. (Два мільйони чотириста двадцять три тисячі триста п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 93 коп.).
Сторони домовились замінити в п.п. 3.1 Договору «Ціна договору становить 516 040, 07 грн. (П’ятсот шістнадцять тисяч сорок грн. 07 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 20% 86 006, 68 грн. ».
