Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIIІ, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з пунктом 10.3. Договору. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 28 лютого 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі
