1. Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – Вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ (25-100), не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. У разі зміни договору зобов´язання сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов щодо предмета, місця, строків виконання тощо.
