Відповідно до указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64/2022 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні", затвердженого Законом № 2102/ІХ від 24.02.2022 (зі змінами) Сторони домовились внести зміни:
п.2.1 викласти у такій редакції: Вартість робіт за Договором становить 404063,00 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ-67343,83 грн.: 2022 рік - 6797,87 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ-1132,98 грн.; 2023 рік - 397265,13 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ - 66210,85 грн.
п.8.1.Термін дії цього Договору встановлюється з дня підписання та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань.
п.8.5. Строк виконання робіт - з моменту укладання Договору до 31 грудня 2023 року.
