Керуючись підпунктом 1 пункту 19 Постанови № 1178 від 12 жовтня 2022 року «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» зі змінами, «зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника» Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 5 731 529,55 грн., в тому числі за рахунок коштів міського бюджету на 959 123 грн. 53 коп., за рахунок коштів поточного господарського рахунку на 4 772 406 грн. 02 коп.
