Замовник може вимагати від Підрядника накладні, підтвердження витрат на транспортування, тару, упаковку, зберігання і калькуляцію для виробів власного виготовлення, сертифікатів, паспортів, гарантійних талонів та інших документів до їх використання, згідно з чинним законодавством.
П. 11. 2. 2 читати у наступній редакції:
За вимогою Замовника Підрядник зобов’язаний надати накладні, підтвердження витрат на транспортування, тару, упаковку, зберігання і калькуляцію для виробів власного виготовлення, сертифікатів, паспортів, гарантійних талонів та інших документів до їх використання, згідно з чинним законодавством.
Підрядник гарантує експлуатацію вказаних матеріалів та обладнання протягом строку, що не може бути меншим гарантійного строку експлуатації матеріалів, обладнання, передбаченого проектом.
Згідно п. 5.1. Договору: викласти у новій редакції Додаток № 3- Календарний графік виконання робіт.
