Note:
1.Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди: 1.1. Розірвати договір про закупівлю електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг № 2500000179 від 28.12.2019 р. (далі – Договір). 2. Залишок зобов’язань по Договору на момент укладення цієї додаткової угоди складає 0,00 грн. (__00__ грн коп), у т.ч. ПДВ – 0,00 грн. 3.Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов’язання. 4.Дана додаткова угода укладена в двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, набирає чинності з дати її підписання і є невід’ємною частиною Договору. 5.Сторони цією угодою домовилися, що умови пункту 2 даної додаткової угоди застосовуються до взаємовідносин Сторін з "01" cічня 2020, у відповідності до ст. 631 ЦК України та ст. 180 ГК України.
