Зміна тарифів за теплову енерпю за 1 Гкал: -для потреб бюджетних установ - 3465, 74 грн. (з ПДВ) - рішення виконавчого комітету Харьківської міської ради №933 від 24.11.2021 р. , які діють з 30.11.2021 р. ; для потреб інших споживачів (крім населения) - 3430.30 грн. (з ПДВ) рішення виконавчого комітету Харьківської міської ради №933 від 24.11.2021 р. , які діють з 30.11.2021 р.
Викласти п. 3.1. в наступній редакції:
Ціна Договору становить 1404033,28 грн. ПДВ 280806.66 грн. Усього 1684839.94 грн. у т.ч. : -за рахунок бюджетних коштів 1314604.80 грн. ПДВ 262920.96 грн., усього 1577525.76 грн.;
- за рахунок відшкодування бюджетних орендарів - 55545.08 грн., ПДВ 11109.02 грн., усього 66654.10 грн.;
-за за рахунок відшкодування госпрозрахункових орендарів -33883.40 грн., ПДВ 6776.68 грн., усього 40660.08 грн.
Викласти пункти додатку 1 від 04.02.2021 р. цього Договору у наступній редакції : Пункт 1. Теплопостачальна організація постачає Споживажу протягом року теплову енергію в межах Qрік=973.87187
