У зв'язку із ліквідацією з 01.07.2021 року Департаменту житлово-комунального господарства Чернівецької міської ради згідно з пунктом 2.2. рішення Чернівецької міської ради VIII скликання від 15.04.2021р. № 177 «Про внесення змін та доповнень до рішення міської ради VIII скликання від 25.03.2021 р. №132 «Про структуру виконавчих органів Чернівецької міської ради», на підставі пункту 1.4. Положення про департамент інфраструктури та благоустрою Чернівецької міської ради, затвердженого рішенням Чернівецької міської ради VIII скликання від 31.05.2021 №253, беручи до уваги компетенційне правонаступництво, внаслідок якого передано владні повноваження та функції від департаменту житлово-комунального господарства міської ради до департаменту інфраструктури та благоустрою міської ради, керуючись ст. 512 Цивільного кодексу України, уклали цей додатковий договір про наступне.
