1. Сторони погодились внести зміни з 01.07.2019р. в Комерційну пропозицію, яка є додатком №3 до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг, виклавши її в новій редакції (Комерційна пропозиція додається).
2. Дана Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони.
3. У всьому іншому, що не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, Сторони керуються умовами Договору.
4. Договір про постачання електричної енергії та комерційна пропозиція є публічними і розміщені на сайті Постачальника за посиланням: http://www.dey.com.ua.
