Керуючись статтями 651,652,654 Цивільного кодексу України в зв'язку зі зміною фінансування на підставі рішення Київської міської ради від 19.09.2024 року №8/9816 "Про внесення змін до рішення Київської міської ради від 14 грудня 2023 року № 7531/7572 "Про бюджет міста Києва на 2024 рік" та п. 10.2. Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди викласти пункт 4.1. Договору в новій редакції.
