У зв'язку зі збільшенням середніх роздрібних цін на ринку, керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю на наступний Товар:
Яловичина (задня частина, лопатка,ошийок) - з 133.10 грн. без ПДВ до 146,40 грн. без ПДВ за 1 кг.
Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги поставки Товару пропорційно до зміни ціни за одиницю Товару.

Сторони, керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне::
Сторони домовились ввести зміни до Договору про поставку № 0122/2 від 16.01.2020р (далі Договір), а саме зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно ціну угоди на 28501,95 грн. Специфікацію до договору викласти у новій редакції (Додаток № 1 до додаткової угоди № 6):
1. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Ціна цього Договору становить 70080,45 грн. (Сімдесят тисяч вісімдесят гривень 45 коп.) без ПДВ.
