Необхідність внесення таких змін ТОВ «Енергоносії України» обґрунтовує коливаннями середньозваженої ціни купівлі-продажу електроенергії на РДН (ринок на добу наперед) та середньозваженої ціни купівлі-продажу електроенергії на ВДР (внутрішньодобовий ринок), що підтверджується інформаційними довідками Харківської торгово-промислової палати від 03.01.2020р. № 1234/19 та від 16.01.2020р. №32/20, в якій вказані ціни на електроенергію за січень місяць 2020р. в порівнянні з груднем місяцем 2019р.
