У зв’язку із набранням чинності Постанови НКРЕКП № 2454 від 01.12.2021 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК “УКРЕНЕРГО” на 2022 рік» тариф на передачу електроенергії у 2022 році, який є складовою ціни електроенергії збільшився та становить 345,64 грн/МВт-год (без ПДВ), а тому необхідно внести зміни у Договір про закупівлю, на підставі пункту 7 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 13.2 Договору.
