Керуючись пунктом 5.1.1. Договору та пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Сторони домовились про збільшення ціни, але не більш ніж на 10% із зменшенням його кількостіна 11,45тис.м.куб. 2. В зв’язку з цим п. Пункт 3.1. розділу III. «Ціна, порядок обліку та порядок проведення розрахунків» викласти в редакції такого змісту: 3.1. Ціна природного газу до сплати за 1000 куб. м. з 01.04.2019 – 7248,99 грн. (Сім тисяч двісті сорок вісім грн.99 коп.)з урахуванням ПДВ. Загальний обсяг природного газу за Договором 114,55тис. м3.
