12.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до "31" грудня 2024 р, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за Договором. Відповідно до ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України умови Договору застосовуються до відносин , що виникли між Сторонами з "01 " листопада 2024р.
