Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору. Викласти преамбулу Договору в новій редакції. Слова в тексті договору «УКРТРАНСГАЗ» замінити на «ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ». В зв’язку з новими тарифами на послуги транспортування природного газу, зменшити загальну вартість договору на 2807,74 грн з ПДВ. Загальна вартість договору 617671,82 грн. Внести зміни до п 7.1 та 7.2 розділу 7, та до абзацу 3 підпункту 7 пункту 13.3 розділу 13 і викласти в новій редакції. Обсяг предмету даного Договору залишається актуальним згідно останньої його редакції. Більш детально в додатковій угоді.
