Зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше, ніж на 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі
Молоко пастеризоване з масовою часткою жиру 2,5% терміном придатності 3-7діб з 14,52 грн. з ПДВ на 15,96 грн. з ПДВ, та викласти додаток №1 до Договору в новій редакції (Додаток № 1 до даної Додаткової угоди). 2. У зв’язку з тим, що зміна ціни за одиницю товару не повинна призвести до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі, Сторони домовилися зменшити кількість товару «Молоко пастеризоване з масовою часткою жиру 2,5% терміном придатності 3-7діб» - з 8 000,000 кг. до 6 969,000 кг.
